Loft kicked off its new confidence and self-esteem-boosting traveling mural design by Chicago-based artist Chris Uphues this morning, which shows off his signature pop art style. Warning: the wall is highly Instagrammable. The mural features conversation-starter words like “captivating,” “witty,” “smart,” and “important,” making for the perfect backdrop for your next photo-op. The mural will travel from Manhattan’s Astor Place and Flatiron area to other locations throughout Chicago and Los Angeles, which are still to be determined. The kick-off follows the unveiling of Loft’s Plus collection, which features 23 items exclusive to Gwynnie Bee, a subscription rental clothing service that also operates a marketplace. Styles in the range include chiffon floral-print blouses, a shirtdress with a ruffled hem, frayed-cuff jeans, and more.
