Sia Debuts New Song at the 2019 Fashion Los Angeles Awards

Sia was full of surprises at the Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday. In addition to showing her face, which is usually obscured by a giant two-tone wig, she also delighted the audience with a new song! While presenting Christian Siriano with the Fashion Visionary award she took a moment to sing an ode to her favorite designer. Check it out below.

Just in case you didn’t catch that, here are the lyrics:

Christian, you dressed me when I felt like a potato / You dressed me when I was my body shamer /You dressed me even before I was famous / Christian, Christian, Christian! / You do your best to make us feel special / When not all of us can fit in a sample / It’s you who stands here as an example / You’re faboo, faboo! / Christian! Get your ass onstage, oh Christian!

Sia said she decided to appear without her wig because she wanted to honor Siriano as a friend, rather than a pop star. That didn’t stop her from doing what she does best: coming up with a catchy pop ditty. Genius at work!
