Bleusalt, a new collection of luxury casual loungewear, has just unveiled its debut collection. Founded by California native Lyndie Benson, the collection showcases Benson’s Malibu roots with its effortless, flattering, and comfortable styles cultivated from the softest fibers on the market. The collection includes 8 pieces including a hoodie, wrap, jogger, shirt, skirt, duster, boyfriend shirt, and boyfriend hoodie, which retail from $188 to $349 and range in size from S to XL.
The brand also marks an evolving effort of fashion brands within the industry to become more eco-conscious: Bleusalt embodies a zero-waste philosophy, as each item in the collection is packaged in the line’s fabric remains, and with every online shipment, one dollar is donated to Cool Earth to offset the carbon footprint.
“Bleusalt evolved after I felt a sweatshirt made of a similar fabric, and explored its top-of-the-line alternative, Lenzing Modal. It was so soft and luxurious; I knew I wanted to live in this fabric,” Benson told The Daily. “It’s the perfect alternative to cashmere which is too precious and hot for the beach. The future of Bleusault is bright, and we’re so excited to announce that our Men’s line will be launching soon! I have two sons and they are as obsessed as I am with the look and feel of the collection. I see Baby Bleu, Bleu Home, Little Boy Bleu, Little Girl Bleu, and of course, Doggie Bleu on the horizon.”
Benson celebrated the debut of her line with a bash last weekend, with guests including the Crawford/Gerber clan (Cindy, Kaia, Presley), the Stallone sisters, Maria Shriver, Lisa Rinna and her daughters Amelia Gray and Delilah Belle, as well as sisters Sara and Erin Foster.
