New Yorkers took the dress code very seriously Thursday night at the first-ever “Hat Party On The Highline.” Guests were encouraged to let the High Line’s “history, evolution, and current trailblazing ideals” inspire their hat looks and they did not let us down. Alan Cumming, Florent Morellet, artist Aki Sasamoto, RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant Acid Betty, and NYC Parks Commissioner Mitchell Silver acted as judges for a contest, eventually crowning Gigi Guerra and Vinayak Portonovo the winners.
