Naomi Campbell, Tina Brown, and Candace Bushnell Get Behind Women’s Brain Health

Last night, some of the most influential women in fashion and media—ranging from authors to supermods—hosted a conversation to raise awareness for the Women’s Brain Health Initiative at Spring Studios. Legendary editor Tina Brown moderated the talk with model and actress Lauren Hutton, actress Mamie Gummer (Meryl Streep’s daughter), author Candace BushnellDr. Samantha Boardman, and—if that wasn’t eclectic enough for you—supermodel Naomi Campbell. The group discussed their individual obstacles and challenges, their reasons for supporting the cause, and the massive increase of brain-aging diseases constantly being discovered in women. Point of fact: over 70 percent of new Alzeheimer’s patients today are women.
