Law Roach speaks about styling Lindsay Lohan for her return to the spotlight

In Law Roach’s eyes, LiLo is a “bit of a fashion historian.” Tasked with collaborating on her wardrobe for her press tour for Falling for Christmas, the recent CFDA Fashion Award-winning stylist tells Harper’s Bazaar’s Rachel Tashjian that it’s been a delight working with the “iconic” Lohan. “One thing I would say about her is that she knows fashion, she knows clothes,” he says. “Her taste is exquisite. I actually really, really enjoyed our time together because it’s not that often I really get to have real fashion conversations with clients. [She] has so many incredible relationships with designers—personal relationships with designers—so her knowledge of clothes and construction is deeper than the average superstar’s.” Roach also reminds Tashjian that Lohan has an impressive collection of vintage fashion, was a personal friend of the late Karl Lagerfeld, and was once the creative director of Ungaro. (OMG, how did we forget!). Read the full dispatch here.
