The Devil Wears Prada Returns in 2016

It’s hard to believe (or hard to want to believe), but The Devil Wears Prada turns 10 in 2016. To celebrate, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is creating a special anniversary edition of the film, which arrives on Blu-ray January 12. The video will feature audio commentary with director David Frankel, producer Wendy Finerman, costume designer Patricia Field, screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna, editor Mark Livolsi, and director of photography Florian Ballhaus. Also in store: deleted scenes, a trivia track, and a gag reel of the Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway classic based on Lauren Weisberger’s 2003 book. We’ll spare you the plot recap, because we know you well know what it’s about. We’re told the company is also planning an event in the new year to kick off the anniversary and the new edition. Could Miranda and Andy meet again? Devil mania might continue for some time—The Hollywood Reporter wrote in May that the book and film are being developed into a musical produced by the team behind Rent and Avenue Q. In the meantime…
