Coach Taps Artists to Customize Pieces at Its New Pop-Up

Coach Art of Signature

Last night, Coach embraced the summer heat and threw a charming reception in honor of its new pop-up, the Art of Signature. Camila Morrone, Eric Rutherford, and more headed to Hudson Yards to get their hands on the new collection, and partake in the pop-up’s most exciting feature: live artist customizations.

The pop-up itself takes inspiration from the MTA, with a gold subway car serving as the boutique. Beside it, artists Kendra Dandy, Anna Sudit, Jen Mussari, and Jason Naylor were hard at work putting their touches on Coach items. All of the creatives who worked on the collection — including Marleigh Culver, Gianni Lee, Tyler Spangler, Robert Hunter, We Are Out of Office, and Alex Face — were chosen for their playful style and optimism. Over the course of the next few days, many of the artists will appear at the pop-up to paint on bags purchased by customers.

Coach’s Art of Signature pop-up is on now until July 17 at Hudson Yards. It is open to the public Monday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 7pm. But Visa cardholders will receive early access at 10am. Meanwhile, an LA pop-up will take over Carney’s Restaurant on Sunset Boulevard from July 16 to 21.
