Warn your wallet: Your next retail obsession, & Other Stories, has finally flung open the doors to its gorgeous, airy, flower-filled Soho digs at 575 Broadway. The H&M sister brand made its U.S. debut with a buzzy store opening bash last eve, replete with Alexandra Richards on DJ duty, followed by a set by chic Swede crooner Lykke Li, who did a collab with the brand, and an editor-heavy crowd that also included Pamela Love, Natalie Joos, Shala Monroque, Garance Dore, and Leandra Medine. The scene included cute bottles of bubbly and seltzer festooned with handwritten notes (those sweet little notes are an & Other Stories signature, seen throughout the store), petite brown bags of popcorn or crudite, and ample shopping (which, contrary to popular belief, doesn’t actually always happen at a store opening). You’ll have to wait until tomorrow to shop sophisticated duds, but you can hit up their site in the meantime. P.S. Don’t miss their superb shoes, especially the standout array of ankle boots…
