Zadig & Voltaire Spring/Summer 2018

Zadig & Voltaire’s Spring collection, titled Let Love Rule (after the Lenny Kravtiz song), was an uplifting twist on its signature punk-meets-militant vibe. There were sequins, overextended sleeves, a riff on the slip dress, and a risqué approach with an entirely sheer top. The collection is a bildungsroman, or a coming-of-age—to put it simply, creative director, Cecilia Bönström showcased a collection relatable to all…that is, unless you’ve discovered a fountain of youth.
