It’s official: the Spice Girls are going back on tour! Now for the bad news — tour dates are only in the U.K., and Victoria Beckham will not be involved (so it appears that Mel B’s Halloween gambit didn’t work after all).
Even with one member down, there’s still a lot for fans to get excited about. Their songs are classics, and they’ll be sure to turn up with some amazing costumes. From the looks of their Twitter announcement all four women are still willing to throw a nod to their characters. They also got in to the spirit of things by changing their Instagram profile pictures to coordinated throw-back photos from their “Say You’ll Be There” video.

As for Posh fans, don’t fret. Beckham has made her commitment to her fashion empire clear, and you can’t fault her for following her true passion. As the Girls themselves say, “friendship never ends.” Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10:30 am. With any luck they’ll have so much fun that some international dates will be added!
