Shopbop Fêtes Exclusive Veronica Beard Capsule Launch In New York

Shopbop hosted an intimate Mexican fiesta on Wednesday night to toast the launch of the e-tailer’s exclusive capsule with Veronica Beard. Editors and friends of the brand’s superchic sister-in-laws-turned-co-designers Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard sat at three long tables anchoring Tacombi’s West Village outpost.

Guests — including Allison Aston, Zani Gugelmann, Patricia Herrera Lansing, Zosia Mamet, Ferevee Taube, and Blanda Eggenschwiler — chatted over heaps of guacamole, with many sporting pieces from the capsule for the occasion. “I didn’t even know this was out yet, I’m shocked to see it,” Miele Beard laughed, pointing to a red miniskirt on Shopbop’s perpetually chic fashion director Caroline Maguire. “I don’t even have this yet!” The skirt, along with the rest of the capsule, is available today on shopbop.com.
