The CFDA continues to step up its comedic-quotient at its annual Fashion Awards. Seth Meyers is picking up where he left off five years ago, taking on emcee duties at this year’s ceremony. The Emmy Award-winning host of NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers will follow in the footsteps of last year’s host Joel McHale; the year before, James Corden hosted the swanky, fashion-fueled evening. “I am so happy that Seth agreed to be our host,” said Diane Von Furstenberg, chairwoman of the CFDA, in a statement. “His charm, wit, and intelligence will enhance an evening that we plan to be very festive!”
The event will take place on June 5 at Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC, in partnership with Swarovski.
