Chic Winter Cocktails We’re Loving This Season!

Fresh spins on staple drinks are guaranteed to bring festive cheer all season long

It’s no secret that we love a fabulous cocktail at any time of the year—especially at holiday parties! Naturally, the upcoming range of festive winter soirées has us thinking of which chic beverages we’ll be mixing next, both for our guests and ourselves. Right now, there’s plenty of spins on staple cocktails to bring a dash of holiday cheer and keep the party going. Read on for some of the top drinks we’re loving this season—consider it our holiday gift to you!

Cadillac Miami Margarita

  • 2 parts Código 1530 Reposado Tequila
  • 1½ parts orange liqueur
  • 1½ parts fresh lime juice
  • ½ part agave nectar
  • Tajin rim
  • Orange slice (garnish)

Directions: Measure your Código 1530 Reposado Tequila, orange liquor, lime juice, and agave nectar with a cocktail jigger; pour each into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until combined. After running a slice of lime along the rim of your margarita glass, roll the rim in Tajin salt. After filling the glass with ice, pout in your cocktail for a refreshing margarita!

Winter Pomegranate Spritz

  • 1 bottle of NOOH by La Coste rosé
  • 1-2 cups of pomegranate juice
  • 1 can of ginger beer
  • Orange slice or pomegranate seeds (garnish)

Directions: Add ice to a glass; halfway is best! Pour wine over ice until it reaches the halfway mark. Follow with 1-2 shots’ worth of pomegranate juice for a dash of color! For a fizzy finish, pour your ginger beer over the mixture; this can also be substituted with any kind of sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with pomegranate seeds or orange slices to finish!

Rosé Martini

  • 1 bottle of Lucky Girl rosé
  • 2 oz. of vodka
  • 2 pours of orange bitters
  • 0.5 oz. of peach schnapps or elderflower liquor

Directions: Combine rosé, vodka, orange bitters, and your choice of elderflower liquor or peach schnapps into a cocktail shaker. Shake the mixture with ice until it’s cold. With a strainer, strain your cocktail into a martini glass and enjoy!

Non-Alcoholic Rosé Paloma 

  • 4 oz. bottle of NOOH by La Coste rosé
  • 1 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 2 pours of orange bitters
  • 3 oz. of sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Rosemary (garnish)

Directions: Combine the rosé, pomegranate juice, bitters, and sparkling water in a glass. After stirring the mixture, add ice. For a festive cheer, add a spring of rosemary as a garnish if desired.

Rosa Spritz

Directions: Pour ice into a glass until it reaches the halfway mark. Pour your Código 1530 Rosa tequila over the ice, then a splash of grapefruit juice. Pour club soda—particularly in a grapefruit or citrus flavor—over the mixture. Accent with a slice of grapefruit for added punch, or enjoy as-is!
