True to tradition, Bon Appétit is back again with its top 50 restaurant nominees for the yearly Hot 10, its list of America’s Best New Restaurants. Andrew Knowlton and Julia Kramer scoured the country for the most innovative–and delicious–spots in foodie culture. According to the mag, nominees range from “a quintessential French bistro to a place that serves pretty much only hummus, an eclectic brewpub to a vodka-soaked Russian joint.”
Six New York City restaurants nabbed a spot on the list of 50–Arcade Bakery, Cosme, Mission Chinese Food, Momofuku Ko, Santina, and Semilla–but only a total of 10 will make it. See the full list here, and check out bonappetit.com on August 18th to find out who made the cut.
