Now, this is a match made in fashion heaven. Karl Lagerfeld directed Pharrell Williams in a new fashion film that will debut on December 2nd along with Chanel’s Paris-Salzburg pre-fall collection, according to WWD. Pharrell is said to be starring alongside Lagerfeld family regulars Cara Delevingne and six-year-old Hudson Kroenig, who will also be Pharrell’s dance partners. The accompanying Chanel collection will be unveiled at an 18th century Rococo palace in Austria, called the Schloss Leopoldskron. One of Pharrell’s many sartorial statements is the stack of Chanel sautoir necklaces he’s been wearing lately. We can’t wait to see how he’ll up the ante in the new film. Everything Pharrell touches these days turns to gold, non? The man is a master at making fashion pieces iconic, just like the Kaiser. Oh, yeah, and he’s pretty good at making music too.
