Editor’s Pick: Pologeorgis Red Heart-Shaped Keychain

by The Daily Front Row
Pologeorgis

What: Pologeorgis fur heart-shaped keychain in red.

Who: Stanley Pologeorgis founded his eponymous label in the 1960s. His first high-fashion collaboration came in 1977 with Pierre Balmain — beginning a long history of working with designers on fur looks. Michael Kors, Alexander Wang, and Thom Browne are among the numerous labels over the years that have counted on the company for fur. Today the company is lead by Stanley’s children, Nick and Joan, who joined in the 1980s. Nick handles the business, while Joan covers the creative side.

Why: Valentine’s Day, and more importantly Gal-entines Day, are just around the corner. If you’re still in need of a last-minute gift, this is a pretty cute option. Everyone loves something soft and eye-catching. Plus, you won’t have to worry about it being the right size. If a red heart is a little too on-the-nose for the holiday, consider the magenta version. Same amount of adorable fuzziness, different color.
