Equinox Kicks Off Its New Location At The Domino Sugar Refinery!

Equinox ended the year with a splashy bash, celebrating its new Equinox Domino location at Brooklyn’s Domino Sugar Factory. On Thursday night, they hosted a party at the Skylight at The Refinery ahead of the space’s December 23 opening. Attendees enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before taking private tours of the new gym and hitting the dance floor. The night was complete with an open dance floor and glowing Equinox installation—and plenty of gorgeous city views! SAUER Opens With A Bejeweled Cocktail Party On The Upper East Side

Brazilian fine jewelry brand SAUER celebrated its new Upper East Side boutique with a chic cocktail party. Gabriel Sauer, Stephanie Wenk, and Kate Young hosted the party in the soaring rooms of Achille Salvagni Atelier, where guests discovered the label’s dazzling pieces—all set with eye-popping emeralds, diamonds, and more—alongside colorful modern art. The real treat, however, was in the back room, where SAUER’s high jewelry collections were on display—including its opal-filled mushroom-inspired range and a sculptural collab with Jason Wu. The Cinema Society Toasts Julianne Moore’s The Room Next Door 

On Thursday night, The Cinema Society and Sony Pictures gathered guests at the Crosby Street Hotel for a new screening of drama The Room Next Door. Stars Julianne Moore, John Turturro, and Alessandro Nivola were in attendance to welcome guests to the event, followed by an on-site reception. The GEANCO Foundation’s 2024 Hollywood Gala Raises Funds For Nigeria

On Friday, The GEANCO Foundation‘s annual Hollywood Gala returned to Los Angeles. The memorable evening—which raised funds for the organization’s Nigeria-based programs aiding women and children—was hosted at the glittering 1 Hotel West Hollywood, co-chaired and hosted by David Oyelowo and Folake Olowofoyeku. During the occasion, attendees were treated to African-inspired bites, Nigerian music, and refreshing drinks while learning about the current state of the foundation’s programs. The night was complete with a special announcement from the Safar Global Foundation’s co-founders Shay and Shabnam Safarzadeh, who are entering an ongoing partnership with the David Oyelowo Leadership Scholarship for Girls. The meaningful scholarship provides young women in Nigeria with healthcare, education tuition, mental health care, and more. Event sponsors included U.S. Venture, Safar Global Foundation, Jason Levin and Gafni & Levin LLP, Paul Hastings LLP, Navigate and Misfit, and Round Hill Search. Guests included Brynn Jornacion, Folake Olowofoyeku, Tomi Adeyemi, Sasha Miro, and more.
