Gigi Hadid, Raquel Zimmermann, and Natasha Poly are the stars of Versace’s Spring/Summer 2016 ad campaign shot by Steven Klein. The unveiling of the campaign comes on the heels of Donatella Versace’s debut on Instagram yesterday (who now has over 107,000 followers, and counting, at press time), in which she posted a photo of herself and Gigi Hadid taking a selfie on-set. She has since posted several behind-the-scenes snaps with Klein and the models. It is the first time that Versace has worked with the famed photographer.
“This is the Versace woman today, an individual who is proud of her own character,” said Versace in a press statement. “I love Gigi, Raquel, and Natasha and everything that they stand for.” On Instagram, she also gave love to what she called her “dream team.”
The campaign was shot on the salt flats of California and the highlight was, per usual chez Versace, sex appeal. Legs, legs, legs were the focus of this shoot, and these top mods have them for days. The campaign also stars male models Nathaniel Visser, Benjamin Benedek, and Lukasz Grabowski looking buff atop the snowy white dunes.
