With its latest offering, Zara just keeps on giving

Don’t let your mind deceive you, the below is indeed the Fall/Winter ’22 Studio collection campaign for Zara. The Spanish retailer continues to pull out all the stops when it comes to its seasonal visuals, tapping the likes of industry heavyweights Steven Meisel to sprinkle their magic. The latest Studio collection, designed in partnership with creative director and stylist Karl Templer, is an ultra elegant and elevated yet wearable offering of languid tailoring, minimalist-leaning sportswear-style silhouettes, sharply-cit evening wear, and sumptuous outerwear designed to transcend trends. The accompanying co-ed campaign also features 26 of the modeling world’s notable ones to watch. Screenshot and plan your wishlist, below:

Staud celebrates Soho store opening

Welcome, Staud. On Thursday evening, co-founders Sarah Staudinger and George Augusto cut the proverbial ribbon on their first New York City store, now sitting pretty at 45 Greene Street. The store, the second for the popular ready to wear and accessories brand, was conceptualized by Clements Design and occupies 2,100 square foot in the neighborhood. Among those in attendance to join in the fun of the milestone moment were Judy Greer, Melissa Roxburgh, Annabelle Dexter Jones, Justin Bartha, Tinx, Leyna Bloom, Afro Child, and more. Post-store opening, guests made their way to Felix for bites by Laila Gohar and danced the night away to music by DJ Sam French. Peek inside the evening, below:

Dôen plans East Coast store

West Coast staple Dôen is set to make its NYC debut. The brand, known for its idyllic and wholesome-esque prairie frocks, is due to open a West Village boutique this winter. The 1,000 square foot will be situated at 384 Bleecker Street, an area that’s noticeably, and thankfully, seeing a resurgence once more when it comes to buzzy retailers moving in and setting up shop. “We know we’re so much more than a California brand. And we know from our customer demographics that we actually have more traffic to our sites from New York than we do from Los Angeles, which I think is really interesting. We’re really excited to be part of the revival of Bleecker Street,”the brand’s cofounder Margaret Kleveland said.
