The model even shed a tear as she took the runway. “Dear Victoria,” she wrote on Instagram. “Thank you for showing me the world, sharing your secrets, and most importantly not just giving me wings but teaching me to fly.”

Behati Prinsloo Returned to the VS Runway After Two Years (Harper’s Bazaar)
In other Angel news, Behati Prinsloo has finally returned to the VS runway after a two year hiatus. The model, who last walked in the 2015 show, gave birth to two daughters in her time off. “Felt like I never left,” she wrote on Instagram. “My first show was 2007 it’s crazy to think about how time flies. I’m nervous and more grateful for all of it then ever. LETS DO THIS.”

Fenty and Fashion Nova Named “Status Quo-Defying” Brands (AdWeek)
AdWeek has compiled a list of 15 “Challenger” brands that defy the status quo and, naturally, Rihanna’s Fenty Corp., which includes her makeup and lingerie lines, is among them. Other apparel brands on the list included fast-fashion retailer Fashion Nova, and the footwear company AllBirds.

Azzedine Alaïa Association and Carla Sozzani Open a Bookstore (WWD)
Carla Sozzani and the Azzedine Alaïa Association are keeping the late couturier’s legacy alive in a way that he would have approved of: by opening a book store. “Everything is unique, one-off, or very rare, difficult to find,” Sozzani told WWD. “It makes the place a destination and also gives a sense to the bookshop, because Azzedine was a collector.” The shop opens tomorrow in Paris.
