Luxe accessories designer Elisabeth Weinstock opened her first store in Los Angeles this week, nestled in an abode at 8159 W. 3rd Street dating back to the 1930’s. Weinstock lavish stock on offer in the space? Everything from jewelry boxes and clutch purses to one-of-a-kind furniture, all in done in exotic skins like python and ostrich.
On hand to celebrate Wednesday: co-host Raina Penchansky, a former Coach veteran and founder of DBA (Digital Brand Architects), along with two of her bloggettes, Emily Schuman of Cupcakes and Cashmere and Aimee Song of Song of Style. Also hosting: restaurateur Harry Morton, Angeleno EIC Lesley McKenzie, and Cristina Ehlrich, who’s known for styling A-listers like Amy Adams, Penelope Cruz and Allison Williams. Jewelry designers Anita Ko and Kimberly McDonald also showed up to fête the designer’s new digs.
The space will be split into four rooms: The “Dining room” for private parties and events, the “Living Room” for one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, the “Man Cave” with dopp kits and humidors for the gents, and the “Boudoir” with jewelry boxes and bags for the ladies. All tenets of chic living, non?
