We’re going to turn it into a five-star chic hotel with all the amenities.” Hilfiger plans a full redo of the place and will keep the name of the Art Deco landmark built in 1940. Should he need any advice, he could always call upon Giorgio Armani, who has hotel properties in Dubai and Milan.
