Big names from the worlds of fashion and equestrian showjumping came together this week for an exclusive, intimate soiree at Goldbar in Manhattan. Hosted by iconic American lifestyle brand Sam Edelman, the night served as an after party for the Riders Masters Cup Draw Party in celebration of the second annual Longines Masters of New York, the U.S. leg of the international equestrian showjumping competition.
The evening was a lavish affair, recalling the decadence of 1920s speakeasies, but with a modern twist. Guests including Georgina Bloomberg, Joey Wölffer, and more danced the night away to a live set by fashion model and DJ, Pamela Tick, while donning coveted styles from the brand’s SS19 collection. Meanwhile, Influencers Ashley Haas and Madlena Kalinova were seen taking pictures for Instagram, and Goldbar’s glittering chandeliers and edgy wall of gold skulls provided an elegant setting for selfies. Mingling with the models were notable American equestrians — including Olympians McLain Ward and Lucy Davis — who were buzzing about the weekend’s upcoming competition against their European counterparts. The bartenders put on a show, juggling drink shakers while mixing craft cocktails.
