Yesterday, designer Jeremy Scott paid tribute to the late, great Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis during his fall 2018 Moschino runway show in Milan. Top models including Joan Smalls, Kaia Gerber, and Bella and Gigi Hadid, walked the runway in mod suits and dresses, often with matching pillbox hats on top of their perfectly-coiffed Jackie O. wigs. It was camp-chic at it’s best!

Jennifer Lawrence Responds to Dress Controversy
Earlier this week, Jennifer Lawrence arrived at a photocall in London to promote her new film Red Sparrow. The stunning black velvet Versace gown she wore to the event sparked controversy, however, after pictures were released showing her standing in the skin-baring dress, surrounded by a group of men in coats and scarves. It was a cold and windy day.

“Please give Jennifer Lawrence a dang coat” wrote Jezebel. So, why was J.Law in a gown while all these dudes were dressed in weather-appropriate outfits? Well, to put it bluntly, because she wanted to, as she said in a statement posted to her Facebook page yesterday.

Forsun International has acquired a majority stake in French fashion label Lanvin, beating out Qatari rival Mayhoola Group, which was previously rumored to have expressed interest in acquiring the brand. The company reportedly plans to invest 120 million euros in the house, which has fallen on hard times in the years since the departure of designer Alber Elbaz.

Someone Sent White Powder in a Letter to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry (The Guardian)
A letter addressed to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry containing white powder has prompted an anthrax scare. The package is understood to have contained a note, with one report claiming it was racist in nature.  Luckily, the powder was found to be harmless after it was examined by experts, but an investigation is currently underway at Scotland Yard.
