From the pages of The Daily Summer: Beautique is opening up an East End outpost at The Capri in Southampton, with 20-year-old executive chef Greg Grossman in the kitchen. The chef dishes on moving on from Georgica, where he formerly worked, and his plans with his new digs.

You came from Georgica…
It was a beautiful space, but in an older building, and in its seventh year. It was a Hamptons staple; Beautique brings NYC style to the Hamptons.
Will we recognize lots of menu items?
Two of my favorites will certainly be making the trip out East—the tuna tartare on crispy rice and the duck. The goal was to stay true to chef Alain Allegretti’s menu at Beautique in NYC, while lightening it up for the Hamptons.
