DKNY Unveils New Campaign and Direction

by Natasha Silva-Jelly

The DKNY show—the second under creative directors Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne—is set to be the hot ticket at New York Fashion Week. And if the designers—who are also the talents behind New York street inspired label Public School—first campaign for the brand is anything to go by the buzz just heightened. Out to emphasize the “strong and sophisticated DKNY woman” the campaign, shot by Lachlan Bailey stars Adrienne Juliger who has walked for Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Givenchy.

“We wanted a woman who could show all sides of herself. Adrienne’s change is subtle. She looks youthful, but also strong and sophisticated,” said Chow.  The message in case you missed it: The DKNY woman is all grown up.
