Gigi Hadid and Lauren Hutton! Two iconic blonde beauties walked arm-in-arm down the runway at Bottega Veneta. What better way to illustrate Bottega Veneta’s timeless appeal? Not to mention, the brand is celebrating its 50^th anniversary (as Tomas Maier his 15th year at the helm) and Hadid and Hutton were born roughly 50 years apart. Hadid strolled out in a pink taffeta top and pants and Hutton, in a beige trench coat. The two could have easily switched outfits and still looked appropriate, which is a testament to this brand’s subtly chic appeal that has quietly kept it a top luxury brand for decades. Even trend-hungry women still find the brand’s iconic Intrecciato accessories highly desirable. Hutton first carried one in the 1980 film American Giglio, and all these years later it is still a status bag. That bag and 14 others from the archive have been reproduced this season. But in case you are looking for something a little less quiet, the copper leather trench, fuchsia leather dress, and the high-waisted leather pencil skirt worn on Karen Elson will be worth showing off.
