Vanity Fair’s Michael Carl Explains Fashion People

Michael Carl

Fashion’s funny boy Michael Carl has finally got his own show, y’all! Reality buffs (is there such a thing?) will likely remember the Vanity Fair ed from his memorable stint as a judge on Bravo’s Shear Genius, and now the folks at Conde Nast Entertainment have seen the light in their very own backyard. The first episode of VF’s new web series, Carl’s Crush, features their fashion market director shelling out the dos and the don’ts for fashion boy and girls in his clever, snarky, and delightful way. Carl’s here to help because “your outfit sucks,” he explains in the debut episode. With a whopping 463 years as an industry vet, he’s giving his take on skinny jeans on men, presents, and the word “purse.” Fashion forecasters will be particularly grateful to Carl for finally putting them on the map. Now go on and watch it…

That was really fun and a better uplift than morning coffee.
