In Miami, style is currency — a city where luxury cars cruise past oceanfront cafés, and even a trip to the grocery store can feel like a runway moment. But nestled in this vibrant mix of color and culture is a name you wouldn’t expect to hear dropped in the same breath as Balenciaga or Bal Harbour: Smile Creators by Dr. Anatoly Ripa — a dental clinic that’s become one of Miami’s most recognizable fashion-forward brands.

You’ve probably seen the brightly illustrated Smile Creators-branded Mercedes rolling down Collins Ave like an art billboard on wheels. Or maybe you’ve spotted someone at Soho House in custom white sneakers hand-painted with teeth, crowns, and the clinic’s unmistakable logo. That’s not accidental — that’s branding by design.
Dr. Anatoly Ripa, often referred to by patients and influencers as “Miami’s Most Stylish Dentist,” doesn’t believe in waiting for trends — he sets them. With a background in dental precision and a lifelong passion for visual balance, he’s built a clinic that feels more like a lifestyle showroom than a sterile dental office. From the vibrant art on the walls to the branded fashion line created with his wife and co-founder Oksana Ripa, Smile Creators is a living example of how personal aesthetic and professional excellence can coexist — and thrive.

“Miami is loud, alive, expressive — and so are we,” says Dr. Ripa, whose patient list ranges from A-list actors to billionaires flying in from Dubai. “Why shouldn’t a dental brand have the same swagger as a fashion house?”
At Smile Creators @smilecreators_miami, patients don’t just walk in for porcelain veneers or All-on-Four implants — they walk into a curated experience. The waiting area feels like a luxe hotel lobby. The staff wear custom-designed apparel. And the vibe? More high-fashion atelier than medical office. Its dentistry reimagined for the Instagram generation — and beyond.
For Dr. Ripa, fashion isn’t a gimmick — it’s a philosophy. “When someone walks in with a unique style, they’re already telling the world who they are,” he explains. “A great smile is just the final signature.”
Together with Oksana — the brand’s creative backbone and muse — they’ve turned what could have been a quiet practice into a cultural statement. Oksana oversees everything from visual merchandising to the launch of Smile Creators-branded accessories, soon to include limited-edition tracksuits and enamel pins with gold-accented teeth.

“We believe confidence starts with self-expression,” says Oksana. “Whether that’s a smile, a statement sneaker, or the way you show up in a room — it all matters.”
And clearly, the city agrees. With two new offices opening in Sunny Isles Beach and Aventura, the Smile Creators name is no longer just local — it’s fast becoming a signature of luxury wellness and Miami style.

Your clinic is known for bold visuals and stylish branding. Why did fashion matter so much in building Smile Creators?
Because people remember how you made them feel. If walking into a dental clinic feels cold or forgettable — you’ve lost them. We designed Smile Creators to reflect joy, identity, and confidence. Miami is all about style, and we wanted to match that energy.
You’ve treated celebrities and high-level CEOs. What’s the emotional impact you see after a smile transformation?
It’s life changing. People walk in nervous, maybe even hiding their smile. Then they see their reflection after a transformation — and it’s like watching someone be reborn. That confidence ripples into every part of their life.
In your opinion, why are teeth such a big part of someone’s identity?
A smile is the first thing people notice. It tells your story before you speak. Fixing someone’s smile isn’t just cosmetic — it’s emotional, psychological, sometimes even spiritual. We’re not just restoring teeth. We’re restoring power.
