Last night, Lord & Taylor and Harper’s Bazaar teamed up to celebrate the launch of The Gallery, the department store’s new luxury dress destination within the dress floor at its NYC flagship. The Gallery includes dresses from iconic designers like Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa, Naeem Khan, Zuhair Murad, Temperley London, Antonio Berardi, Luisa Beccaria, Reem Acra, and Preen by Thorton Bregazzi, amongst others, in an effort to develop and elevate shopping experience for Lord & Taylor customers.
Harper’s Bazaar editor-in-chief Glenda Bailey, Marchesa co-founders Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, and Lord & Taylor president Liz Rodbell hosted a cocktail party for the unveiling. DJ Jenny Albright was on music duty, and notable guests who popped in included blogger Natalie Suarez of Natalie Off Duty, Charlotte Groeneveld of The Fashion Guitar, and and Helena Glazer Hodne of Brooklyn Blonde. Guests got to take home their very own fashion illustrations, topping off a fun night.
