After a brief hiatus from modeling that began last summer, Cara Delevingne makes her return, and what better way to make a comeback than to star in a campaign shot by Karl Lagerfeld? Delevingne models Chanel’s Spring eyewear collection, including both shades and glasses, and sports classic Chanel tweed and flat-brim hats (a fun hipster twist from Chanel’s airline-inspired collection). Delevingne is, of course, one of Karl’s favorite muses. We imagine he designed these hats (and probably a few of these frames too!) with her in mind. Last time we heard Cara and Chanel in the same sentence was the puppy faux paw at Chanel’s Haute Couture show in Paris. We’re glad to see things have cleared up.
Plus, in a video Chanel gives a glimpse into the elaborate process of how its eyewear is crafted.
