VMAN has just released 4 covers lensed by Bruce Weber for its VMAN 37 issue, which celebrates a new chapter of the male supermod. The legendary photographer selected four of the industry’s most sought-after and freshest faces to be featured on the covers of the glossy, including (mostly shirtless) Jules Horn, Jacob Hankin, Carson Aldridge and Jake Lahrman. The covers were styled by Paul Cavaco, and writer Nick Remsen penned a reflection on the origins of male supermodels and their recent surge in popularity. “Social media killed the male supermodel, but brought him back to life as a player in the new fame game,” Remsen wrote.
The inside spread also spotlights notable up and coming industry muses that are worth keeping your eyes peeled for, like Remington Jay Perregaux, Mark Brent, Filip Hrivnak, Brian Shimansky and Michael Spadino.
The issue hits newsstands on March 9.
