The Fashion Culture Design Unconference is back—tomorrow!—for its second year with major industry players speaking on a day’s worth of panels. The conference, which will be held at The New School, will be hosted by Simon Collins and Hitha Herzog. According to Fashion Culture Design, “It is the only global platform for creative and business leaders in fashion, culture and design to converge and fight for ideas that make life better for everyone. Summits, salons, parties and podcasts bringing together brilliant minds.” The lineup of speakers include: Brandon Maxwell, Zac Posen, Leandra Medine, Mary Alice Stephenson, Vanessa Friedman, Nicole Phelps, Liya Kebede, Ian Mohr, and Laura Brown—who will dish on what and who Fashion Week is for, among other things. Additional panels include Fashion vs. Big Data: Survive or Thrive?, Creativity in the Time of Trump, What Will Gen Z Want Next?, and Is Public the New Private?
