(NEW YORK) Ready for a new vantage point on New York Fashion Week? Iconic camera brand Hasselblad will be offering a fresh view: The by teaming up with an exclusive coterie of fashion designers and insiders to document the whirlwind week of catwalk shows and celeb-studded after parties. Coined the Hasselblad Ambassadors, this season’s set of chicsters—Betsey Johnson, Nanette Lepore, Hal Rubenstein, Robert Verdi, and Ruffian designers Claude Morais and Brian Wolk—will take the brand’s state-of-the-art Stellar cameras out for a spin from February 6th to 13th.
For ample behind-the-scenes action, Morais and Wolk will also be using their Hasselblad cameras to document models’ backstage coif and makeup transformations at their February 8th show; the bevy of pictures will be called “Ruffian Transforms”. Expect full-on makeovers including hair, makeup, nail art, and of course, their outfits. Where will the pictures be compiled? Within the pages of The Daily Front Row, of course!
