Estée Lauder's Extravaganza For Modern Muse

by The Daily Front Row

(NEW YORK) Closing out fashion week with the bang, Estée Lauder invited the who’s who of the industry to the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum for an evening of dancing, drinking, and recounting tales of NYFW. When we say tout le monde was there, we mean it! Ariel Foxman and Drew Barrymore got silly on the red carpet, while Amy Astley brought her muse Hailee Steinfeld. Stefano Tonchi decided to invite Carolyn Murphy, while InStyle beauty director Kahlana Barfield toted Iman along for the night and Hilary Rhoda towered over her party pal, Elle’s Joe Zee.

Why so many editors and their creative muses? The fête was for Estée Lauder’s newest fragrance, Modern Muse. Arizona Muse, with quite a fitting last name, has been named as the face of the fragrance, and she brought along her mother, Davina Muse and younger brother, Theo Muse, to share in the celebration. The setting for the evening is also slated to be the background of the print, digital, and TV ad campaign, the latter of which will be directed by Craig McDean and shot by Academy Award nominated cinematographer Stuart Dryburgh.

Who else showed up on behalf of the lush, floral and woody scent? None other than Coco Rocha, Fern Mallis, Graydon Carter, Carine Roitfeld, Eva Chen, Graydon Carter, Olivier Theyskens, Prabal Gurung, Wes Gordon, Julie Macklowe, Anna Dello Russo, Peter Brant jr, Kelly Klein and just about every other fashion luminary you could imagine!
