What: A wild blue mascara that’s perfect for fashion lovers.

Who: Maybelline was founded by Thomas Lyle Williams in 1915 when he saw his sister applying coal dust to her eyelashes with Vaseline. Williams created a formula that became the first mascara in America, which he named after his sister, Mabel. By 1929 he had expanded to eyeshadows and brow pencils. Maybelline has continued to grow ever since and is now the number one cosmetics company in the country.

Why: Considering Maybelline was founded on mascara, is it any wonder the brand is a leader in innovating the classic product? Snapscara is the brand’s first wax-free mascara that is shaded with pure gel pigments. It is also specifically formulated for easy application and removal — it comes off easily with warm water. Snapscara goes on smooth, and gives you clump-free volume. Plus, it comes in a variety of fun shades like blue and violet!
