Moda Operandi is sprucing up their team: The pre-order luxury site has announced the hire of three execs on the merchandising side. Heading the new lineup will be Mary Chiam, the former global head of merchandising at The Outnet, who will become the VP of merchandising at MO. She had previously been at Net-A-Porter, starting in 2008 as a merchandiser for women’s accessories, bags, and shoes, until she was promoted to merchandising manager at The Outnet in 2009. Chiam’s first gig in the merchandising realm was at Walmart Canada.

Self has a new editrix on board to helm the fitness title: Joyce Chang is leaving her post as executive editor at Cosmopolitan to become editor-in-chief of the health-centric Condé Nast glossy. She succeeds Lucy Danziger, “who will leave Condé Nast after many successful years of service,” according to a release from the publishing house. Self is also bidding adieu to its VP and publisher, Laura McEwen; the mag has not yet named her successor. As for Danziger’s post-Self move after 13 years at the mag: yet to be divulged, but likely in the editorial realm. “I’m looking forward to my next adventures in the well-being, lifestyle content space on all platforms, with some new projects to be announced soon,” Danziger told the The Daily via a spokesperson. “I said to my team, change is good. I wish Self and the new leadership all the best.”
