Kate Etter has been named director of public relations at Tory Burch. This is a new position, and Etter will report to Frances Pennington, VP of global public relations and brand communications. Most recently, Etter served as senior account manager at PR Consulting, where she handled accounts such as Jil Sander, Narciso Rodriguez, and Nina Ricci. Prior to that, Etter served as PR manager at Nina Ricci.
