This year, the Kiehl’s Since 1851 Global Philanthropic Program is benefitting Autism Speaks, and Matthew McConaughey has gotten on board. The actor and beauty brand collaborated on Kiehl’s x Matthew McConaughey Limited Edition Ultra Facial Cream, a limited-edition version of a fan favorite with packaging designed by McConaughey.
“Autism affects an estimated 70 million people worldwide, and many of the students enrolled in my just keep livin after school programs are on the autism spectrum,” McConaughey said in a press statement. “I’ve witnessed firsthand the effects of autism, not only on the child, but on their families as well. I’m humbled to collaborate with Kiehl’s and Autism Speaks to help provide early diagnosis and services for these incredible children and families, making a lifetime of difference.”
The awareness campaign launching with the moisturizer will feature a short call-to-action video starring McConaughey; for every video share Kiehl’s will donate $1 to its Autism Speaks Campaign.
