Uncork the vino! The 2013 Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation winners have been revealed, and we’re guessing some serious rounds of libations are in order. Tome, the NYC-based brainchild of stylist Ryan Lobo and former Derek Lam design director Ramon Martin, took home top honors for women’s design while Ian Velardi, purveyor of neo-Americano menswear, scooped up best men’s design. Meanwhile, Cornell-educated Susan Woo scored kudos for sustainable design, and Deborah Pagani, known for her deco-rock baubles, secured the win for accessories design. Each winner will receive a $25,000 grant to use towards a New York Fashion Week presentation in February.
