What products do you use?
I love everything from La Roche-Posay, especially the Hydreane Extra Riche. I also use argan oil.
I love the swiss brand Daylong. I use SPF 50 for my face and SPF 30 for my body.
How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
For me five minutes is enough. I cleanse, spray a toner, and moisturize. Then I comb my hair with my Mason Pearson brush.
I love running and taking long walks. Also, since Stockholm is such a small city, I bike everywhere at home.
In the summer I love a fresh flower scent like Daisy by Marc Jacobs or Nina by Nina Ricci.
Favorite summer destination?
I love the archipelago in Stockholm where I grew up sailing, but if I want to go to a beach my favorite is Diani Beach in Kenya.
How long do you stay at the beach?
I try to avoid the strongest sun between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. but I love a full day at the beach so usually between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. if the weather allows.
Any advice for looking beautiful and healthy?
Being happy and confident!What do you eat to improve your skin?I have a rule, I try to eat healthy and good but I never deny myself anything I want! But I eat a lot of fish and foods with omega-3.
What kind of toothpaste do you use?
I love the mint one from Marvis.
Preferred makeup brands?
I love Maybelline because it’s fun and daring!
How many hours do you sleep each night?
Between six to eight, I don’t need a lot of sleep.
And your go-to nail polish color?
I love Ballet Slippers from Essie.
