Bella Hadid and The Weeknd Won Halloween
The couple attended Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween party at Lavo in New York City dressed as Lydia Deetz and Beetlejuice from the film’s penultimate scene when Beetlejuice tries to force Lydia to marry him so he can remain in the world of the living. Could this be their lowkey way of announcing that they are planning a wedding of their own? That’s probably a stretch, but who knows? Celebs be sneaky like that!
There Is a Shoplifting Epidemic at Victoria’s Secret (Business Insider)
Business Insider interviewed nine current Victoria’s Secret employees who told them that shoplifting has become so rampant at the stores that they are barely phased by it anymore. “When I first got to this mall, I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is crazy,’ and now I am like, ‘Oh, OK, it’s Monday,'” said one South Florida employee. It probably doesn’t help matters that Victoria’s Secret instructs their employees not to accuse, approach, discuss, or point out shoplifters in any way, making it pretty easy to get away with lifting merch in the first place. According to several employees, those who do confront suspected shoplifters risk losing their jobs. However, the policy is in place to protect employees from shoplifters who may become aggressive and try to harm them.
PR Consulting Sues Luka Sabbat (The Fashion Law)
PR Consulting contracted Sabbat to post images and Insta stories promoting Snap Inc.’s Spectacles glasses during fashion month for $60,000. The deal was for him to create one Instagram feed post, and three story posts (two of which were to be from NYFW, and one from either Paris or Milan), as well as be photographed wearing the glasses in public. He was paid $45,000 up front, but only delivered on the feed post and one Insta story from NYFW. Now, PRC is suing him to get the money back, with interest and damages. They also want Sabbat to cover all their legal fees associated with the suit.

You can also make really subtle changes to ensure you are getting the exact proportions you want. Afterall, how many times have you tried on a pair of glasses and been like, “Ugh! If only they were a TINY bit narrower, they would be perfect.” Once you choose all your customizations, the frames are 3D printed, the lenses are added, and then you receive them in the mail. So easy! And they only cost $125.
