Southern California is home to financial service expert Brandon E. Beal. When his dreams of becoming a pro athlete ended in injury, he turned his drive and passion toward a new industry, finance. He is now the agency manager of Beal Financial Group, a company he started with no previous experience, powered by partnerships with National Agents Alliance (NAA) and Integrity Marketing Group (Integrity). Brandon’s growth has allowed him to earn over six figures in a month and tributes much to the mindset he has carried on his journey.
In a personal interview, Brandon discussed what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur in any industry. He believes in the simple yet challenging mentality of grit. He firmly states, “Being an entrepreneur isn’t for whiners or complainers,” and no matter your failures and challenges, you must “get back up on that horse and ride it again and again and again knowing that you will become successful so long as you don’t quit. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart.” Brandon also spoke on advice he would give to the next generation of entrepreneurs. Preaching much the same message, he says, “You have to understand that things will not go your way all the time. You need to know that you fail, EXPECT IT! Learn from your failures and move on. And always work on self and personal development; constantly learning. Constantly and consistently working on yourself to become the absolute best version of yourself day after day, month after month, and year after year is crucial. If you, as the leader, do not get better, your business will die. Keep wanting to get better, do not become complacent.”
The oldest of five boys, Brandon has spent his life competing, and, along with his family giving him strength, they are also the driving force. He relates, “My wife Ashley along with my brothers [including middle brother Bradley Beal, 3x NBA all-star] give me my strength, my superpowers. I bust my butt every day to set an example for the boys and to provide for my wife. My competitive drive and innate nature tell me to WIN! Win at all costs. There are no tomorrows. There is no I will do it later. I have come to understand that we do not have time. We think we do, but once you have done the math, you too will come to the realization that we just do not! My sense of urgency to become the best version of myself is unparalleled.”
A knowledge of self, the dedication to improvement, and the support of his core have set Brandon E. Beal on the trajectory forward even greater success. In the next five years, he sees himself and his wife becoming multiple 7 figure earners within their company and becoming a managing partner within the Integrity Marketing collaboration. This will simply be the next step in Brandon’s life mission of making sure people are able to retire more than comfortably and are protected.
