Bon Appetit Brings Sin City to NYC For The Eve

Last night, scads of major chefs piled into Bobby Flay‘s new Nolita outpost, Gato, to get a sneak peek at Bon Appetit‘s upcoming Vegas Uncork’d events, coming to Sin City this May. Arbiters of scrumptiousness like Mario Batali, Michael White, Giada De Laurentiis, Todd English, Geoffrey Zakarian, Jonathan Waxman, and Drew Nieporent made the rounds and noshed on Flay’s latest Spanish-inflected confections. Also on hand: Flay’s lovely wife, actress Stephanie March. As for the delicious Vegas Uncork’d offerings unveiled at the bash? For the eighth annual event, which runs May 8 to 11, the delectable happenings include “Burgers, Beers, & Boozy Shakes” with Batali, lunch avec Thomas Keller, and a delightful supper with Flay and De Laurentiis.
