Fragrant news from the MePa! Marni threw a fête earlier this week to launch their first fragrance, simply titled Marni. Caroline Castiglioni, director of special projects and daughter of designer Consuelo Castiglioni, was on hand to unveil the new scent. “The aim was to create a fragrance that my mother and I could wear. For me it was really important to find a partner who we could trust and who would leave us the freedom to create what we think works,” the younger Castiglioni told The Daily of the fragrant iteration of Marni being licensed under Estée Lauder. “They really trusted our brand identity.”
