French glossy Jalouse magazine is creating quite the stir with its latest cover for April featuring 12-year-old model Thylane Blondeau. The daughter of French footballer Patrick Blondeau and actress Véronika Loubry, Thylane Blondeau has been working since the age of four and it’s not the first time the PYT’s striking beauty has created controversy. Her most infamous gig? The January 2011 Tom Ford-edited French Vogue, which featured Blondeau at a very young age posed seductively in a shiny gold dress with a deep-v and strappy gold stilettos. Think Alexis Carrington in the Dynasty days, except instead of Joan Collins it’s 10-year-old Blondeau. The Jalouse cover, which features cover text with the hashtag “#bornin2001”, is a far tamer presentation of Blondeau. With her stunning features, it’s not hard to see why the fashion press can’t stop fawning over her. We imagine it’s only a matter of time (and probably not very much time) before she hits the runways in far more revealing ensembles.
