Agnona Opens London Pop-Up in Mayfair

by Paige Reddinger

Agnona, the Italian fashion brand renowned for its cashmere and wool, has set up shop temporarily in London’s posh Mayfair neighborhood on 124 New Bond Street. The concept store, designed by Ciarmoli Queda Studio under the direction of Agnona’s creative director Simon Holloway, features the luxury brand’s ready-to-wear and home collection in a warm and clean aesthetic with mid-century furnishings reminiscent of the chicest Italian residences. The store’s woven wool rugs are inspired by Agnona fabrics and chairs come draped in the brand’s luxurious cashmere throws. Soft pools of light via Carrara marble table lamps highlight the furniture, and the store walls are adorned with a fabric of hand-embroidered blossoming Prunus trees. Other highlights include colorful vases from Venice’s prestigious Murano by Salivati, biscotti from Jeantet bakery in Biella, and a fragrance by Laboratorio Olfattivo in Turin that will scent the new store. The pop-up will be open throughout 2017.
