    Is Murray Hill going avant-garde? Well, tomorrow when Comme des Garçons’ Rei Kawakubo opens to doors to her third Dover Street Market, things could get a bit weird. But in a good way, because the 20,000-square-foot shop has the potential to redefine the way the ‘hood thinks of department stores.

    Is it just us or do department store holiday window unveilings keep getting better every year? Our friends at Bloomingdale’s unwrapped their windows this week and enlisted Josh Groban for a special live performance to celebrate. Josh freaking Groban! This year, the windows reveal oversized presents celebrating shopping around the world including China, France, Italy, Great Britain, and obviously NYC (aka Bloomie’s HQ!).
