Before the content, came the construction. Liv Shine—beauty and fashion influencer, mom of two, and Malibu transplant—knows the hustle from the inside out. While many know her for her glowing skin and glam aesthetic, fewer know she’s flipped more than 25 homes from the ground up, alongside her husband, a former rabbi. Real estate became Liv’s ticket to independence after leaving her religious life in Arizona.
“We built everything from scratch—literally,” she laughs. With no formal background, she taught herself the business and reinvested the profits into her creative career. Despite losing their dream home in the 2024 Palisades fire, Liv sees this chapter as just another pivot. “Home is wherever we are together. And now, I get to build again—with more purpose than ever.” She’s currently developing a reality show to document her journey and is eyeing partnerships in beauty, fashion, and home design.
